The following terms of use apply only to the use of and purchases from Lone Star Tack's ("Lone Star Tack") website at www.lonestartack.com. The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the user/customer utilizing our website to purchase services or merchandise ("Product") or to browse our website. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lone Star Tack. These terms may not apply to purchases made at our Lone Star Tack Retail store or in any other manner not utilizing the lonestartack.com website.

We provide our website and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise stated herein.

Errors on our website
|
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Limitations and exclusions

We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance. We do not review or edit any portion of gift messages and disclaim all responsibility for their content. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy of any map or direction presented on our website.
If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.

In no event shall Lone Star Tack, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Payment types we accept online
|
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: MasterCard, Visa, Cheque Money Order and, Direct Deposit.

Sales tax policy
|
We do business throughout Canada and accordingly collect Goods and Services tax as required by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the Goods and Services tax at a rate of 6%.

Order Fulfilment
|
You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses.

Order cancellations
|
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.

Rebates offered by manufacturers
|
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms may include the timeframe of the offer, limitations on quantities and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase, UPCs from the original packaging and postage are normally required for redemption of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent.

Returns policy for online purchases
|
If you're not completely satisfied with a product, Lone Star Tack will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below.
In-store returns: Any Product purchased online may be returned to our Lone Star Tack store provided that it meets the above guidelines.
For any Product received that is not the Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, packing slip or record of purchase in our system) is required for all returns. When returning Product to our Lone Star Tack store, please be sure to bring the credit card used for the purchase along with your proof of purchase.
Mail returns: You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets these guidelines. (Please note that merchandise purchased at our Lone Star Tack store (not online) CANNOT be returned via mail. Please return such items to our Lone Star Tack store. Please see store for in-store purchase return policy.
Merchandise purchased online through lonestartack.com (regardless of whether you picked it up at the store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the Refunds and Returns guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must contact us.
Any returns mailed to us without notification may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories. For Product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the Product that you return or exchange.

Governing law
|
These terms are governed and construed by the laws of the Province of Alberta without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that if any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
